This special event will be an expert panel discussion facilitated by Shahleena Musk from the Human Rights Law Centre featuring:

·         Her Honour Justice Jenny Blokland, Judge of the Supreme Court NT

·         Beth Wild, Manager of the Criminal Law Section of NAAJA

·         Rob Hulls, Director, Centre for Innovative Justice and former Attorney General of Victoria

Our expert panel will explore current issues ranging from ending mandatory sentencing, to raising the age of criminal responsibility, the benefits of therapeutic courts and alternatives and other interventions that are proving to be more effective in rebuilding lives.
